Please ensure that the gene expression data set is tab-delimited and the first column contains an identifier for a gene. All other columns should contain expression values. The first row should contain the names of the samples.

For S. cerevisiae, please ensure that a gene identifier is an ORF name (e.g., YFL039C). For H. sapiens, please ensure that a gene identifier is an Entrez-Gene or Affymetrix identifier.
